Processing Time & Shipping
Please allow us 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your order. During this time, we carefully check and package everything before sending it out - except on weekends, when we take a break.
Shipping Duration
Your treasures usually arrive within 5-15 business days. However, this is just an estimate - sometimes unforeseen events like natural disasters or customs delays may cause longer waiting times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
Tracking
Once your package has left our warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this, you can check online at any time to see where your order is. By the way, since our products come from different corners of the world, they may arrive in multiple packages.
Correction of Delivery Address
Oops, made a mistake? No problem, email us at averageehk@outlook.com within 24 hours of your order. It's best to reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged, we're really sorry about that. Contact us right away with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement free of charge.

Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or if no one was home will not be resent. If there are delivery issues, please contact the delivery service directly.
